  이태원역에서 찾기 쉬워요. 층수도 많고 넓은데 24시간이라 가기 좋아요. It is easy to find at itaewon station. It has 3 floors and big also offer 24hours service.

  The owner lady was extremely vile and obnoxious to me because she thought I didn't order anything. When I pointed to the water bottle I bought, she smirked and said, "Water?" As if buying a water bottle is not enough to have a seat in the place. Funny thing is I ordered an iced tea too. She just didn't see the cup. Maybe we should start paying rents to have a seat in this cafe? Absolutely obnoxious and disgusting experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

  This cafe is the absolute worst. They have overcharged me previously for items I had not bought - only to find out on my bank statement that they charged me 3 times for 1 drink. Similarly - the drink they gave me was not what I ordered or what was listed on the RECEIPT. I ordered a cold brew in which they literally poured bottled cold brew (of which they sell at convenience stores around Seoul for a fraction of the price) into my cup. When I did confront them with my bank statement - clearly showing the charges - they said "no we only charged you once" when it was clearly deducted from my account three times. Absolutely pathetic.
