  It's located inside Dongducheon City Hall, so you can go to civil affairs and do banking, and there's a large parking lot. There is a nice bench outside the building where you can have a cup of tea, which is nice in many ways. Coupons for preferential exchange rates are also available at the passport issuance counter at City Hall, which is useful when exchanging money. It is located within the cityhall of Dongducheon. There are a lot of parking and a nice bench outside. It is helpful if you bring a coupon for the currency exchange rate in the Cityhall passport issuance department.
