  A good hotel located on a hill. we stay here since they give good service to club members. Another good point is that the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel Lots of excellent restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. A good 5mins walk down to the subway station. They do need to improve more on their housekeeping department but other than than that, the hotel had good service. note: from the subway going back maybe an uphill walk 😁

  My port of call in Gangnam for almost 20 years. Professional to a fault, executive to perfection (must try the executive floor) and delicious to a risk (feast on the breakfast buffet at the second floor). Novotel is located midway between the upscale COEX are and the popular shopping/dining streets around Kyobo Bookstore. Highly recommended.

  Renovated rooms, careful staff and location close to Gangnam district make this Novotel a good option when staying in the heart of Seoul City

  Very nice hotel. Rooms are modern and very well maintained. The night bar offers a wide variety of drinks in a really good environment. The priority lounge is comfortable but breakfast is very light. People are very nice and helpful.
