  It is closed to the subway, myeongdong, namsan seoul tower and namdemun. The place also have clean accomodation and inside personal bathroom.

  For the price, it is decently furnished, all items were present and room is clean. Only issues are the lack of space and toilet door which could not be locked.

  It is located fairly close to the Hoehyeon train station and bus stop, which is useful for getting around the city. If you are comming from the main road keep an eye out for the sign on the side of the building, the main sign is hard to see from side on. It also has quite a lot of food places nearby and it is walking distance to the Myeongdong Market and the Seoul Station which has an outlet mall as well as a Lotte Mart. We had the bunk room with a private bath and the room itself was quite small. it was however, well heated. The bathroom was ok but the shower was over the sink. They do check toiletries if you have the sign on the door but we ran out of toilet paper. It was quite difficult to get in contact with them after hours. Fortunately, it was only for a night since we were heading out the next day. Surprisingly they had free breakfast, which included toast and cup noodles. This place is well priced and has a really good location so it a nice place to stay.

  cheap place to stay in seoul. not really classy but a budget place. all necessities are available. at the heart of the city and right next to myeongdong shopping place. A few blocks away from the train station connecting to international airport incheon. advisable when you are looking for a budget and strategic place to stay in seoul.

  Accomodation is acceptable. The owner wuite helpful. But it is bit confusing to find this guesthouse from the hoehyeon station. Plus the hoehyeon got no elevator and escalator and many stairs need to climb.
