  Good location connected to the mall but room looks old furniture and bathroom , and the AC was not cooling well even i have asked them several times times to adjust it the AC like fixed to specific temperature with less air flow its October the weather not much cold even though i can’t sleep without good AC so if you can’t sleep without good AC i don’t recommend

  Our 1 week stay at oakwood will be unforgettable. Impeccable rooms, service, and location. Staff are friendly and accommodating, after some major shopping we were worried about our luggage and they happily delivered the hotels luggage scale to our room. Bathrooms are amazing and access to bidets in all rooms and the connection bridge to the casino were the best perks. Connection to the coex mall is amazinggg, everything at your fingertips. Bus stops and subway stops aren’t even a 10 minute walk. I would only stay here for future trips I forgot to mention to staff when we check out , but the washer in room 1207. The door does not close all the way! I still was able to wash multiple loads only by placing a heavy suitcase in front of the door but my father didn’t know and lots of water spilled onto the floor. Wouldn’t want future guests to experience the same ! Or have staff need to clean up.

  Love the location. Rooms were spacious but as usual with many hotels in Korea, the room had a dank smoke smell.

  Great location , has a excellent gym with sauna and jaccuzi. Staff are courteous and helpful. Room is comfortable, however , airconditioner is a bit noisy , and sometimes switched off for 30minutes ( to conserve energy?) Room carpet looks a bit old and dirty. Breakfast has limited variety .

  My stay at Oakwood Hotel Coex was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service, top-notch facilities, and great location. From the moment we arrived, the warm and professional welcome from the staff made our experience pleasant. Ella, Elena, and Kelly were very kind and helpful, exceeding our expectations to ensure our stay was enjoyable. My husband loved the fitness center and spa as well. Once again, we are thankful to Ella, Elena, and Kelly for their excellent service and highly recommend Oakwood Hotel Coex for a comfortable stay. - Brian & Carol
