::I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that the room I had booked was male-onlyβa policy that was not disclosed during the booking process. As a female traveler, I was denied accommodation without any alternative options provided, leaving me stranded at 9 pm in a foreign country. The receptionist assured me that the reservation would be canceled and I would receive a refund due to the hotel's failure to accommodate me. However, despite this promise, my request for a refund was subsequently denied, citing the hotel's cancellation policy. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of transparency and inclusivity in the hotel's policies is scandalous and discriminatory. Being kicked out of the hotel without any assistance or solution at such a late hour was not only distressing but also dangerous. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially for female travelers. The experience was intolerable, and the hotel's refusal to honor their commitment to cancel the booking and provide a refund is beyond unacceptable.

::The location is good, there is an expo, cable car, and aquarium nearby, and the rooms are new, and the staff is friendly. However, there is not enough parking space in the building, but parking fees are subsidized if you park in the public parking lot in front of the accommodation. It is said that there is a rooftop on the rooftop.

::This has got to be the most hospitable place I have ever stayed in. On the second day we were there, the lovely hostess in the dining area had prepared a special abalone porridge for breakfast, just for us when she found out we were visiting from U.S.A. It was delightfully delicious.
