  Personally, I haven't eaten Pelicana for over 10 years, but after experiencing the faithful basics of thin, crispy batter and luxurious, non-greasy seasoning, I find myself only ordering chicken from here. The two owners are very friendly, and I've tried it at other branches, but this place across from Wonmi Poonglim Apartments does it best. It's an old dealership, and you can feel the difference in the chicken frying technique. If you're nearby, be sure to order here.
