::Service at front desk is bad, reached hotel at 11am, went to check in to do up the registration and drop luggages. The front desk looked stunned and replied, "Check in??? Our check in time is 3pm! I dont feel welcome at all. Check out was the same experience, cold responses from the front desk. I would expect service front desk staff at hotel to be alot better at a 4 star hotel. The hotel needs to improve on its service.

::Great location!! Korean style room is cute and comfortable, but the soundproofing is so bad! You can hear your neighbor talking. Breakfast is ok, not so much choice, but ok. Like the self service laundry area!

::The hotel is in a great location and the hotel itself looks well maintained. The staff were nice to let us store the bags before the agreed 3PM check in, and the room on the 25th floor has a great view HOWEVER, there is no AC in these rooms. I repeat, these rooms have NO AC and you will have no way to deal with your room when it gets to 85f or 30c. It sucks!!!!! I spoke with the front desk thinking the AC was broken and they straight told me that the hotel has no AC and it only has heating. It's just insane to me that you can have a hotel in a central location like this and it feels like some run down motel from the amenities. I don't know how they have such a high score but I do not recommend if you are trying to have a comfortable rest in your room. I double checked the hotel and they don't mention the rooms have AC but like, what kind of hotel has to even mention that? Isn't it a given that things like AC and hot water come with the stay? I'm so confused why the hotel owners think this is OK. If this was a place that was cold 24/7 like the north pole I can understand no ac but it was hot!!! ๐ฅต

::We stayed here for 8 nights, and the location is fantastic! Itโs super central, with multiple subway and bus stops nearby, making it really easy to get around. You can even walk to core tourist spots like the palaces. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the AC is an issue. Itโs centralized, so you canโt control it, and the room can get quite hot. You can open a window, but they really need to update the AC. The breakfast is also a bit overpriced for what you get, limited selection and just average quality. If you're a light sleeper, be aware that the walls are pretty thin, so you might hear what's happening next door. Also, pro tip for iPhone users: bring your own Chromecast or streaming stick, as the TV doesn't support Apple devices. Overall, it was a good experience, and I can recommend it for the location alone.

::Hotel location is great. Spent my first night in Seoul here and it was centrally located near Myeongdong with a subway stop near by. Staff were exceptionally helpful and spoke excellent English. Rooms were a little outdated so that is one area for improvement. However, the air conditioning worked great! Bed was a little on the firm side but not too bad. Overall a good hotel option.
