  I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The staff weren’t very helpful, the Internet/WiFi is basically non existent & the bathrooms are unusually small. There’s a restaurant on the 2nd floor, but you’d have to physically go down & look at the menu because front desk doesn’t have a menu & they don’t provide one in your room for convenience. It’s evident they don’t really go above for customer satisfaction. Not staying here again.

  Excellent location for tourists who love to shop in different places in Seoul. Staff have a good command of the English language and are very kind in providing assistance.

  The location of the hotel is convenient, just a few steps away from exit 2 of Myeongdong station. The hotel doesn't have a large range of facilities, more like a budget business hotel. All of the concierge staff are fluent in english, patient to respond to enquiries and most of them greet us with smile. The pillows in the room are a bit too soft for me, it'd be better to add a smaller cushion on top. There is a bathtub inside the deluxe twin room which is large enough to let an adult fit in. The amenities are fully equipped and are frequently filled. The aircon would automatically adjust itself whether to be turned on or switched off by sensing the temperature in the room. As it locates at the city centre, you might not ask for beautiful scenary, my room on the 8th floor is only able to see other buildings. Generally speaking, the staying experience is quite pleasant and my family and I would like to visit the hotel again

  Convenient location with proximity to myeong dong shopping district. Room is spacious and clean with bathtub and dressing table. Recommended
