::The only good thing about this place is that itโs walkable distance to Tongbok market and is about 40 mins bus ride to Camp Humphreys. This place is definitely not a 3-star hotel - in fact it is more so like a 1-star rundown motel you never want your family to sleep in. There is only one single drain in the bathroom for showers that is located right where the sink is. There is no separate bathtub. So, when you want to use the sink you have to physically step on the drain where the water and gunk you just showered - yuck! Although, the location and price is relatively nice, I would probably never stay here for more than a night. Also make sure to bring your own amenities because they donโt have any and will charge you for it.

::While closely located to Pyeongtaek station there was an overall smell of smoke and mildew in the hotel. The rooms were a decent size but damaged and the charging outlets didnโt have power if you turned the lights off in the room, even with the key still inserted, requiring me to sleep with the lights on. The rain shower was nice with lots of pressure, but the towels were small, thin and stained. As well there was mold in the bathroom walls. The gym was nice and breakfast was offered every day. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I wouldnโt stay there again.

::Room was not clean. Half empty bottle of water was found in the room, meaning they didnโt clean it. Bedsheets werenโt washed and had mystery stains (period blood?) on them, which was absolutely disgusting. When I told the hotel front desk about the discrepancies, they shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. No change of room, no new sheets, no discount, no apology, nothing.

::The hotel was located in a good place. The AK Plaza, restaurants, coffee shops, cake shops, a bank next door and shopping all around were all very close by. A Bus stop right across the street. Hotel parking was tight but I never had a problem when I needed my car. My room had a nice big bed, a big TV, small refrigerator, a water kettle, a safe, a wine cooler Also the room was quiet during my stay and it had a very big window so there was a lot of daylight coming into the room, which I very much liked. There was breakfast each day except on Sundays. I would request to stay at the Hotel if I get to visit Pyeongtaek again. My favorite coffee shop was Holly's Coffee which is just right down the street from the Hotel. Stay safe all.

::Room is small, so if you want a room with closet or night table with drawers, this hotel isn't for you or you need to pay extra for a bigger room. It is great for a long term stay since reliable a washer and a dryer are provided with detergents right next to the fitness room. Oh, massage chair in the fitness room is the main reason I chose to stay here over other places, it really helps with sleeping. Water pressure in the bathroom is great, too.
