::The soundproofing in the hotel is very poor; I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room. ⚠️😠The most disappointing aspect, however, was the front desk service—it was the rudest I have ever encountered, with a complete lack of courtesy. On the positive side, the location is quite good, with convenient stores nearby and easy access to transportation.

::The hotel is conveniently located for getting around, and the room is cozy and practical. However, I am very disappointed with the service provided by the night shift reception staff. The room was not cleaned, and when I returned in the evening and asked the receptionist to replace the towels and refill the water, they told me to come down to the reception to get new towels and water because no one was available to serve at that time. When they handed me the towels and water, their attitude was very unpleasant towards the customer. It is my first time in Seoul, and everything else has been great, but such service left me quite disappointed and felt unprofessional.

::Spacious room with good outside view. Very clean and modern hotel overall. English speaking cooperative staff. Regular bus stop and airport limousine stop right in front and next to hotel respectively.

::The rooms were reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Though, when you're trying to make a transaction, just make sure you have Google Translate at the ready. Just in case the concierge present isn't proficient in English. Other than that, the hotel is good!
