  Just checked in and I am posting this from the hotel right now. Take a look at how outrageous the hotel deceives their customers with false pictures. From a luxurious looking hotel depicted in advertisement to a cheap looking motel in real life. The bedframes, cushioned chairs, design of the walls are completely different. Did I stepped into the wrong room? The hotel and room is also in extremely old and worn out condition. This is a 2 star hotel at current state. The 4 star rating must have been decades ago. This is the worst hotel stay of my LIFE. UPDATE to hotel's reply: This is NOT just about the condition of the room but rather the FALSE ADVERTISING of a completely different room, which appears to be a deliberate misrepresentation. Your response does nothing to address the reputational damage caused, as this booking was arranged for the stay of employees for a partner company.

  I heard trains going back and forth. Can’t find switchers of light in the room. It’s hidden. I asked person from reception to come and show me where is it and he did it quick. You can find switcher on photo. Very unusual. Then in the morning bunch of cleaning ladies started to speak loudly at 7-30. Tried to sleep but they were so loud. Asked to keep voices lower one lady started to knock to my door. But I’m without clothes! What is that she wanted. Some electricity so let’s doesn’t work.

  The good points: I got a family room so it was nice to have four beds, it was a large room and the air conditioner worked. There was a small little fridge which was nice. Fresh towels and water everyday. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Very convenient location. Easy walk or taxi to most places. The bad points: It is dated and showing age, there was one lamp in the room, so it is all lights or no lights. The area around Seoul station, (near five guys) is not super clean. My family( Japanese) was haressed a few times walking to and from the station by some people. Hints: Walk to the area where is five guys and turn left, walk straight to the first zebra crossing. This way you avoid going up and down. Overall: The price fits for what you get, staff are great, tons of convenience stores and easy to go anyway.

  Just checked in and already very frustrated. Need to pay for the extra pillows(11000KW per night)! Told to to pay first in person at the front desk before delivering the pillows. Room is dirty and the decor is old., far below the standards of any international chain! As a matter of fact, this is the poorest hotel I have stay in recent years.

  2/5, as unfortunately our room assigned to us has a bed infested with bed bugs. Other than that, room was spacious, and the staff are quick to change for a room of us. Would advise the hotel to look into this as this can be serious. Breakfast can be more variety as well if possible.
