  Spacious corner room with lots of windows so it was so cold at night. Control the heating wasn't very responsive.

  The staff was extremely friendly and and really cared , only slight nuisance was tye rather loius aircon had to switch off to sleep maybe they can fix it left them a message , nice park next to hotel worth a stroll , location slightly off it takes a while to reach shopping centres and main KTX train station , but definetely worth trying again ( picture not from Hotel i forgot take so we share from DDP plaza in Seoul)

  Best hotel in Suwon area for Indian travellers. Rooms are quite spacious. Fast moving lifts, spacious lobby, break fast and lounge areas.

  I can genuinely say it was one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Every interaction, from check-in to room service, was met with warmth and professionalism. The location is perfect, with easy access to with easy access to Airport buses.

  Cozy and clean. The staff is friendly. Quality of breakfast is above average. Convenient location. Nothing to complain about.
