::A place where the doctor only discloses the amount of money that he or she will tell you to have surgery first. This is a place where the attitude toward patients changes 180 degrees when they say they donβt do surgery. If you are told you need surgery, go to at least three places. Only then can we determine whether surgery is unavoidable or whether treatment is possible with methods other than surgery.

::The plastic surgeon (Mr. Cheol), who went all the way to the hospital where my child suffered a facial injury, is the worst. I don't know if the medical skills are good, but there is no detailed explanation and every word they say makes me angry. Based on my experience visiting most hospitals in Korea, I wonder if there are doctors like this even these days, so please keep that in mind.

::In order to welcome the new spring of 2020 with a fresh mind, I was trimming the branches of a plum tree in the garden with a chainsaw, but due to a moment of inattention, I suffered an artery cut. A serious accident occurred when a rubber hose was connected to a faucet, causing blood to gush out as if water was being sprayed. I called 119 and called for help, saying my artery seemed to be broken, and the ambulance arrived in 3 minutes. While on the way to the emergency room at Chungnam National University Hospital, a paramedic kept checking on the status of the headquarters and medical staff wirelessly, but it didn't seem to be working. Approximately 10 minutes after arriving at Saeson Hospital (approximately 40 minutes after the artery cutting accident), Dr. Deok-Hyeon Yoo performed an emergency surgery and it was a successful surgery in about 3 hours. I am very thankful that my hand was not paralyzed or there were no other aftereffects. I would like to express my gratitude to the 119 paramedics for their hard work, Dr. Deok-Hyeon Yoo who performed the surgery with all his might, and the nurses at Saeson Hospital who carefully nursed me with a kind and bright face. Thank you.

::This happened around March or April of 2018. A male teacher wearing a purple robe and a cool bald head looked at us. After looking at the X-ray, he said it was a bit older and it was a bigger hospital. The problem is that he prescribed a prescription for my current condition, but he showed a 'passing on' attitude by saying, "Go there (a large hospital) and ask for details." The answer to every question I asked was consistently, βGo there and ask.β It was really bad treatment. As a professional doctor, it's impossible for me to have anything to say about my current condition, right? If you are blind to the facts that can be seen by looking at an X-ray, then that person is not a doctor. But a specialist consistently asks all of a patientβs questions by saying, βGo there and ask them.β I couldn't help but feel like I was 'passing on'. It felt like 'I can see what your condition is, but since you're going to go to another hospital anyway, there's nothing I can tell you.' I hope this case will help create a better medical environment.
