::This hotel claims to be 4 star. Not like any 4 star visited in the past. Customer service is lacking. These folks are driven by corporate rules, not serving customers. Too bad. The place has potential.

::The rooms are nice, they offer family rooms too. I was unimpressed with the morning buffet, most of the food was bland or overcooked. The coffee was super bitter and unpleasant to drink. The restaurant for dinner is nicer, one night I had the phat Thai and the other night I had the beef bulgogi - both were excellent and not overly sweet, I wish the banchan had more veggie and less fish but thatβs a personal preference. All of the staff was wonderful. Our room didnβt have much hot water but not sure if it is because of them trying to conserve energy or there was an actual issue but itβs so hot and humid I donβt mind at this time.

::Good breakfast. Cute photo ops. Kicking myself for not trying the sauna/jjimjilbang since it's free there and not at Seoul hotels I stayed at. Obviously a business hotel given the proximity to Samsung port, but better than other business port hotels!
