::A place I started going to 30 years ago. 1. The most delicious food is Seomun Udon. It is not so much udon as Garak Noodles. It tastes like anchovy broth topped with yubyu and green onions, and it is delicious. A taste you won't find anywhere else 2. Old Jjajang tastes different from the old Jjajang from 30 years ago, the taste of Jjajang made at home, and the meat Jjajang from Hong Kong restaurants. Each has its pros and cons 3. Pickled radish is also delicious. The thick pickled radish is, of course, a signature 4. Various breads, among them, Soboro bread is the most delicious. I even bought 10 loaves of bread each. You will know when you eat it. Other soboro bread is not soboro bread. A place I visit occasionally as it has maintained its taste since ancient times.

::I found this restaurant as I was passing by because it was a good restaurant, but the udon noodles were too spicy. I believe this would not normally be the case.

::Seomun Udon is Cheongju’s representative restaurant with over 40 years of history. Although this place serves udon as its main menu, it also offers a variety of menu items such as bread, giving visitors a high level of satisfaction. At Seomun Udong, which is also my favorite udon restaurant, I chose bread instead of udon today. The bread served here boasts excellent taste for the price, and the soboro cream bread and croquette are especially highly recommended. Seomun Udon is a representative restaurant in Cheongju where you can experience diverse and rich flavors as its long history, and boasts excellent taste in both udon and bread.

::It's like udon from a rest area with a lot of portions. Udon with no katsuobushi flavor When I eat it, it sizzles strangely even though there is no oil. And the fried dumplings... because there is a lot of udon. I think you can just order udon.

::Nice, simple menu. Cheap price for large portions.
