  1. Bring your shopping 2. Enter the main entrance, take the escalators down to the next level 3. Turn left and find international post 4. Pick your parcel box size 5. Next to the EMS counter there is a ticketing number machine, staff may help you directly from the counter if it is quiet 6. Pay for your box, staff will hand you a flattened box 7. Pack your parcel at the self-service counter and tape 8. Scan QR code on near self-service counter to fill out electronic consignment form (Sender address will be your hotel address in Korea +/- hotel number) 9. Return to service counter to weigh and pay for parcel to be shipped 10. Most of the staff are quite friendly and helpful, use a translator app if communciation is a barrier

  Located at 70 Jogong-ro, Jung-gu in Seoul, it is an amazing huge tower split into two. Efficient services. Near the building is the street and the area of Myeongdong, worth a visit. Many shops, restaurants and Cafés. Lots of money changers too.

  Love the service here. They’ve translators ready to help with any needs. They helped me to fill in all details through a PC, didn’t even have to fill in a form.

  If you’re trying to send a package internationally 1. Go downstairs all the way to the end, you’ll see the international section 2. Grab a ticket by the counter, the right box is international so click that for your paper. They call your number out and pass it quickly if you don’t go. 3. Pick a box number from the box stand behind you, and when they call your number let them know which box you want and pay for it 4. Pack your box- they have a tape station at the end 5. Fill out the international mail information ticket in English. Write out each item in your box along with the value and number per line. If you need more space they will give you another piece of paper 6. Make sure to pick up another ticket number to pay for your box. I did it by plane for one month delivery and since mine was super heavy I paid around 185,000won.

  In A Nutshell: -If you do enough walking in Seoul, you're bound to run into the Seoul Central Post Office. -The odd-shaped building looks like it's someone doing the splits upside-down. Overall, it's a good building to use as a reference if you ever get lost.
