  + Close to metro station (less than 5 minute walk) + Breakfast included (but very simple, selfserviced continental style) +Very good price - 5 days about 120 USD (doubleroom with bf) - Rooms are very small with shower above WC - Bed was extremely hard

  Its cheap and great. Staffs are very very friendly, patient, and helpful. Free breakfast everymornjng, and you can only eat at the kitchen which forces people to eat together.

  Near myeongdong tourist area. The place is located in the hilly part of myeongdong. With free breakfast (egg, bread - choices of spread are peanut butter, strawberry jam or nuttella, coffee/tea) but you have to prepare by yourself. Room has its own toilet and its clean. Bed is firm. There's no lift/elevator. Sam and NK speaks good English and they are very helpful.
