  First of all, I would like to fix the phone answering system. The answering machine asked me a lot of questions, got to the final step, and said it would connect me to a counselor, but then hung up, telling me to call back later because the call was busy. If I call again, I have to go through that long response selection again from the beginning. Is this just fooling people? What kind of service is this?
