::Tried to scam us, we were staying for 3 days and aftter the 3 days we checked out in the morning, we left our suitcases to go to an event there and came back, we pick up out suitcases and was about to leave when the staff said we had 1 more day left, the thing is that, we did not. The hotel staff said that "we did not check out" and we all said that we checked out, and they thought that we were just leaving out suitcases and backpacks. Like, HOW?! WHY WOULD WE JUST LEAVE OUR SUITCASES AND BACKPACKS IN THE LOBBY FOR THEM TO LOOK AFTER, OUT OF OUR ROOM FOR NO APPARENT REASON. the hotel is a scam based on the money from the 1988 Olympics, a cheap scam tactics, they refused to cooperate and kept asking for money, cheap scam, 1 star

::Very nice but pretty expensive hotel room; service very efficient (like anything else in korea), breakfast on buffett with plenty of choices, the view from our room was amazing as well as the location. Very good hotel.

::Great location with the Olympic Park directly behind. This place has been newly renovated. Was packed due to a seminar so was busy. Lots of good parking. 5 minute walk to the restaurant and shop area.update; another night. Room is even better. The whole wall is 6 panes of curved glass over looking the park. Room is quite large worth super comfy beds.

::I really enjoyed this hotel. It was located right next to a park with lots of space for walking. We traveled via taxi for our entire trip, so I can't speak to subway walkability. The room was good and the bathroom was nice. The room never got super cold, even when the AC was on full blast. But everything was quiet. The hotel breakfast buffet was amazing. (It was not free, but that was expected.) The staff was very kind and helpful, especially for those in our group who did not speak Korean. The conference I was at made use of the Piano in the ballroom. It was out of tune, but they hotel called a piano tuner who came and tuned it over night for us.
