  Whoever is the man employed at the security desk at the emergency entrance of this hospital (11/18 at 11pm) should be fired. I came here because I wanted to be seen, we had a language barrier since I don't speak Korean; not only did he not even bother to look for anyone who can assist, what was upsetting is this man SLAMS the window in front of me. How rude and unprofessional, I will never donate to any red cross organization again.

  Receptionist rolled her eyes at me when I would ask a question. Ended up leaving. Very rude reception. Not sure about the actual care, but get your front desk people to be more compassionate.

  The best and most affordable hospital I have ever been to. Went to the emergency room twice and received nothing but genuine care with practically no wait. As a young foreigner who had recently arrived in Korea, I couldn't have felt more welcome and understood. The doctor who treated me both times, 박지예, is incredibly intelligent, patient, and kind. She was determined to get to the bottom of my condition and provided every additional test I asked for. The nursing staff was also amazing. I am unfortunately studying in Daejeon now, but should anything come up again, I will genuinely consider taking a two-hour taxi ride to Seoul just to be in the competent hands of this hospital again.

  Went there this morning (21/4/23) for diarrhea treatment. Serve by friendly staffs from registration, doctor, blood test, x-ray, and IV drip department. Special Thanks to the doctor (Sorry forgotten to get his name). He specially came to check on me and knowing the I have to get better to fly home the same night. Thank you ALL for your care though we speak different languages. Goh B S Karen Singapore
