  I made an appointment with a famous orthopedic surgeon in the morning. While I was waiting for the afternoon treatment to start, one of the desk receptionists was arrogant. I've thought a few times about whether I'm being rude, but the reason the hospital is doing well is because the doctors are famous... I don't know why they're showing off. They say you have to wait a long time even if you make an appointment like I did, but I even thought about waiting until the end, seeing the doctor, complaining about the staff being unfriendly, and just leaving...
