::Located downtown Seoul right next to Duksoo Palace. Walking to get this museum from the subway station exits along side the historic stone wall is a special and lovely experience in the core of downtown Seoul. Next to this, there are plenty of cozy cafes and shops as well as other historic places to visit. In particular, Korean renown painting artist, Kyung-ja Chun (1924~2015) collection is its permanent exhibit. Her beautiful art is another reason why I like this museum.

::Art take many forms and here it seems many things can make it, good for a rainy day visit.

::Amongst the many museums and galleries of Seoul, this one is sure to satisfy, and also stay open with exhibits on its many floors and halls. I've visited a few times but whilst some others may be closed for various reasons, this one is open with the most exhibits and easily the most comprehensive in the vicinity. Recommended to all, even the less inclined.

::One of the very famous art museum in Seoul. The regular exhibition is well organized and mostly free of charge, and special exhibitions are always super popular. Recommend to visit on weekdays.

::Would be better if more translations/explanations provided in English. Friendly staff...just ask.
