  Yesterday, I visited with my father who was sick, and the branch manager and staff in charge did their work quickly and accurately. I visited several branches of financial institutions in the city, but none provided as much help as this one. I was grateful that they were not overly friendly, but that they were considerate and did an excellent job of making the customer feel comfortable.

  The work seems inflexible. Each person is responsible only for their main task. In other branches, it takes a long time to reach the same window, but when you look at the window next door, they look after things that are not their numbered window, communicate with each other, are quick to consider customers, and handle simple tasks for many customers in an instant.. This is a bank market. same. People who are tired and angry from waiting have a desk right next to the window and are busy explaining loan documents. I wonder if that person understood the loan properly after hearing it. It was noisy, so everyone spoke loudly while explaining, so it felt like I was receiving counseling while I was waiting. I really want to help. It’s frustrating.. hehe;; I hope there can be some improvement.
