  A place where you get the feeling that only customers with money-making financial products and loan customers are responded to quickly.. Currency exchange takes an hour and a half.. Currency exchange, basic account clearing, etc. are not processed while waiting for an hour.. Almost waiting. It makes people voluntarily turn away. It seems like all employees are sending a strong message to customers that they will not respond to customers unless they are making money.
