::Uiseong Kim's village Kim Roe-sik, who built Sogang Old House, is said to have supported the military funds by borrowing money using all his assets as collateral when the Shanghai Provisional Government was raising military funds. Although the village is small in size, it is said that as many as 14 people living in this small village were independence fighters. Because I stopped by impromptu during my trip, I wasn't able to look around the house in detail.

::We consciously chose this accommodation because we wanted to sleep “like a Korean”. We definitely recommend this accommodation. It was very nice and the couple who ran it were incredibly friendly. The toilet and shower are in a small outbuilding - but that didn't bother us.

::I visited on a winter day with my baby expecting to see antiques, but the reality was different. Of course, I also had short thoughts... First of all, maybe because I visited on a very cold day, there was a rainstorm, and the bathroom was located outside (about a 40-second walk?). What if your baby poops and you have to carry it to the bathroom? It was truly terrible. If a child catches a cold, the adult suffers. In a situation where I had paid as much as I could, I just gave up on lodging, took the baby, and found another lodging in Yeongju city. It is not recommended to take a baby in the middle of winter, let alone in the middle of summer. Later, I even asked the owners if I could use the restroom that the owners use in exchange for extra money, but they said that the bathroom inside that the owners use is also cold... How did an old couple live in such a cold place? It seemed really amazing and amazing. ㅠㅠ The owner was a very nice and kind person. I left the bottled water and tangerines provided in the accommodation.

::It is a quiet and elegant space. The energy of the space you have lived in and managed without any artificial decoration is very good. I stayed in a room where I had to use a shared bathroom, but since it was a weekday, I didn't have to use it with other people, so I used it without any inconvenience. I think it will be a great Hanok experience for children who have never experienced ‘country grandparents’ houses’.

::This is a well-appointed accommodation. Although it is an old house, TV, air conditioner, and refrigerator (shared) are also available for use. There was the inconvenience of having to share the shower and toilet for both genders, but it was worth it to offset this. I stayed here with my 11-month-old child, and it was great for taking pictures. It is said that they are also preparing for a traditional wedding and a garden in the future.
