  Stayed in June 2024. Exceeded our expectations, comfort and convenience in the heart of the city. Friendly and attentive staff. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, and the comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep.

  Rooms are clean and spacious. Complete amenities and staff are friendly. A great place to stay when in Seoul. Near some tourist spots. Comfort room is clean and state of the art. I even think if i am not mistaken that the floors are somewhat heated whichbis helpful in this December climate.

  Rooms were very poorly managed n feel run down. 1st room we were given, fridge was leaking and there were towels in front of the door to absorb the water. 2nd room we r staying now has a musty smell. My baby started itching all over n there's spots on his face too. Being allergic to dust n mould, I too started sneezing. The hotel does not live up to their expectations. The other 2 hotels we stayed in which was of lower budget is much more comfortable in many ways. No concierge to even help you with you luggage here. Very poor service. Only location is good. Luckily we only have 1 more night to go here.

  I had a very disappointing trip due to the unfriendliness and inaccurate information provided by the front desk staff. I lost the master key a month ago and paid a deposit, with the promise that I would receive a refund once I returned the key. However, when I went to return the key, Lucy Lee at the front desk told me that since the senior staff hadn’t approved it, she couldn’t process the refund. This situation has been very frustrating for me.

  Excellent location for all the tourist sites in Seoul. The building is older and this is reflected in the rooms and the building. But the management team does a great job of keeping everything in working order. Also, service is great; anytime we called to request something, they immediately responded. The rooms include a full buffet breakfast that varies daily. The location is super convenient with convenience stores and great coffee shops on site and nearby.
