  Most of the employees are friendly. There is a man named Oh Min-woo. There were a lot of people sending parcels today, so I was sitting on a chair waiting, but I couldn't hear it and missed one number, so they transparently told me to pick it up again in a cold tone. There is also the problem of not being able to see the number window from where you sit on the chair and wait, which is too much. I feel hurt.

  Shinhye, the employee at the counter, is being criticized. She puts kindness aside and does her work like that.

  This isn't usually the case at all post offices, but the female employee working in the postal department here is really rude and unfriendly. If I ask you something, can you kindly tell me in more detail? I'm used to just fighting and chasing people away.
