  Prime location , can easily walk out to other places of attraction and bus stops and not too far from the subway. The line character theme in the hotel is also very cute . Room soundproofing is poor. Did not experience the dirty toilet as mentioned previously before ( was a major concern for me ) . Friendly staff when asked for taxi to airport at odd hours. Overall - Satisfactory stay

  The hotel is located within a small alley. Overall, the hotel is clean and well-equipped. However, the rooms are quite small, and the bathroom lacks a door, which might be inconvenient if you’re traveling with friends or companions who are not a couple. The breakfast offers a variety of options and tastes great. Also., the staff are very nice.

  I had a very bad experience with this hotel. The first room I got had a strong smell of food and was dirty. I reported this to the staff and requested a room change, but they said there were no available rooms for today or tomorrow. They only offered to send someone to clean the room. When the staff came to check the room, they called the front desk, and only then did they agree to give me a new room. The second room I got had issues with the toilet. When I flushed, there was some unidentified residue, and it took two flushes to clear it. When I threw in tissue paper, it took a long time for it to flush down. I called the front desk again to report the issue. The hotel sent a technician to fix it. I waited for about half an hour, but the issue couldn’t be resolved. The front desk then called to ask if I had thrown anything unusual into the toilet, to which I replied that I only threw in tissue paper. After that, the staff had me wait even longer. I got hungry and went down to the front desk to tell them I wanted to go out for a meal and asked them to fix the toilet while I was gone. I also asked if I could change rooms again. However, the staff said they weren’t sure if there would be another room available but promised to arrange a room change the next day. When I returned, I was given a third room. While the toilet worked in this room, the bathtub was slightly clogged, the bed linens and towels smelled musty, the room was dusty, and the mattress was dirty. When the hotel later offered to change rooms again, I declined because I didn’t want to pack and move again. After moving three times and not finding a good room, I told the hotel I wouldn’t change rooms anymore.

  The room was a good size and the bathroom was well equipped. The laundry facilities were fantastic; plenty of large capacity washers and dryers available. The location was good, within a 10 minute walk of metro stations and plenty of useful bus stops. The soundproofing between rooms was incredibly poor, which meant we often had a bad sleep due to other guests being noisy.

  Beautiful, big and modern hotel, located in the center of Seoul. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfasts are literally amazing 👏 🤩. The only thing that they need to think about is to put a door towards the bathroom. It's a bit strange having a sliding door without a real door for privacy.
