  I so hate this citibank. Always eat my card!! Please don’t come here, you’ll need to call their stupid phone that barely give support and then wait for several hour(s). I’m glad I had a friend who could call. Otherwise I’ll be stuck here all night. Beside me they are having a party in the office. Refuse to help me at all.. so bad support!!
