  Staff amazing and welcoming. Three floors. Plenty of seats. If you are lucky view of sea. But these are very popular

  This is Starbucks in Sokcho Jungang Market. They sell coffee with guaranteed taste. The staff are not friendly.

  This Starbucks is nice-- it has a 2nd story to look out over the main downtown street. Offers up the typical amenities of Starbucks--free wifi, plenty of electrical outlets, casual seating options, large coffee and pastry menu. I can't speak much Korean, but the staff member who took my order made it out alright. It's on the main road but there isn't really parking available. If you go here, it's best to come either by bus or on foot.
