  The staff got our order wrong yet wouldn’t accept it and kept convincing us that’s exactly what we ordered. And of course would not make us new drinks that we actually ordered.

  Very nice and cozy place to hang out with friends or just by yourself. You can grab a coffee and lose yourself in work or assignment.

  A very big and busy Starbucks located right here in Ibis Suwon Hotel. The queue at lunch time is too long that needs about 15 minutes for 3 coffees. It should not take this long. Should work to improve overall service level....
