  Bad ass service and staff attitude. Most of them didn’t speak English and looked down on us because we didn’t know any Korean. Ordered takeaway but we wanted to rest a little while before leaving. The waitress told us to ‘naga’ if we wanted to takeaway as ‘no plastic cups if eat here’. Matcha latte was so powdery yet so expensive and service was so horrible ($6300 won for tall)

  Very nice place cozy snd warmth in the middle of BIFF SQUARE . Have down stair and up stars clean rest rooms nice atmosphire and very nice customer services dependance.

  If Starbucks has something going for it, that's got to be consistency. Usually when travelling the world and in the lands of frequently-horrible Asian coffees, I find Starbucks relatively accessible. It's not great, but it's consistent. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a better option when you can find it though.

  Poor and slow service but the quality of the food is still the same as any other location. Unlike other locations, they do not have decaf
