::A cup was covered with syrups. Asked for a replacement with a clean cup and got denied that they do not give any extra cups to a customer. I just have no words for this. This is the first Starbucks that employees believe offering their products to customers on dirty cups is fine.

::There's not enough seating and they could utilize outdoor seating but don't. Coming from WA where starbucks originates, the point is for all the drinks to be customizable. Not at this starbucks apparently. They always have the same drinks, no holiday specials. They only have two different pastries. You can't change an iced drink to blended for example. Or add vanilla flavoring to something that doesn't already have it. You pay for a venti but aren't getting an authentic Washington venti.

::Start bucks is a COFFEE SHOP but if you want regular coffee at Camp Humphreys and you go to star buck you can order and do some shopping because it takes 20 to 30 minutes to get it. Their coffee is never ready and apperantly it's the slowest coffee maker in the world from 1935. Every time I come it is 6 bucks for a regular coffee. (Seattle's worst), and I wait 20bto 30 minutes for them to pour itbin to a cup.

::It's Starbucks, probably the quality you are used to. I can't say much because I don't drink coffee. I always get hot chocolate in the holidays, but they offer it year round. I've tried a few teas, and I'd be impressed if they managed to mess that up one day.

::I really wish I could find a barista here who knows how to make a cappuccino.
