  Clean and close to the station. But only few seats and not wheelchair accessible

  Hm... well, I don't like this store because, 1. Staffs were not friendly as the other Starbucks do. 2. Too many group studies - noisy (although this is something the manager can't handle) 3. Interior is well below the average Starbucks Reserve stores. Taste: 3/5 Design: 2/5 Staffs: 2/5 I was quite surprised by my latte. It was an espresso with heated milk. (Yes, this is what a latte should be, but) I didn't feel like being served. And the fact that I've experienced this at the Reserve store made me more disappointed during my visit. This store does NOT deserve as the Reserve store.

  I never been first floor, but ground floor was so good nicd workers. They didn't tell me if I took premium been, I'd pay more lol

  Great location. Difficult to find seats sometimes though.
