Hong Gyu Park
::Hotel with sauna. Very old but located good place.

::Even though Very old facilities but still outstanding spring water

::This looks much better in pictures than in reality. Quite expensive for what we got. Highlight, of course, is the hot spring which was very nice. Located a little out of town at the top of a very steep hill. Not ideal for bicycles. Food was good but expensive. We were only diners. Those with cars ate in town. Avoid room 301 unless they fix broken shower.

::Suanbo Park is more expensive compared to motel, I did not opt for additional spa fee. Decent room amenities. Those who drive might enjoy the facilities, but this hotel is not recommended for those cycling Seoul to Busan route. There is an insane slope before the hotel. You need to walk 10 minute to town for food.

::This 3 star hotel stands on a hill with a fine view of surrounding mountain hills. We felt like staying in the forest with various songs of birds keep coming from all around. The hotel itself is obviously a bit old but still every nook and corner has its function running well. The owner has a renowned brand of bone china products in Korea. We enjoyed the beautiful dishes and utensils displayed in the lobby which were specially made for presidential residence in Blue House. There are numerous finely designed bone china products on sale displayed in the lobby. The outdoor hot spring was so open the the nature that I enjoyed the smell the pine trees in hot water. If you want real relax time with some books, this is the place to be all day. Twin bed room has a large balcony open to the sky, fresh air with fine view. Tranquility and pristine nature is what we wanted to have in this country side location. This hotel is particularly known to local Koreans (though not for young people) who got through life and came to know the in-depth feel of nature. Corona has made this place more enjoyable with more space available and peaceful relax, thus healing my soul.
