    This is a food that has 100% pros and cons. Boiled bandangi. The owner removes the large thorns, but there are a lot of small thorns. If you arrive around lunchtime, there may be a wait.

    I don't think there will be any delicacies like this compared to the price range of a real Bendeng restaurant. I really recommend it.

I ate salty stew and freshly cooked rice with lettuce wrap and it was very delicious. Bandaggi has many small spines, which can be quite annoying when eaten stewed. However, at this place, the thorns are removed by hand before eating, so it is less annoying. However, there is still a feeling of a foreign body in the small spine. These fine thorns do not have a rough feel, and only have a slight fish thorn feel, but there is no problem in enjoying food. However, when you eat it with lettuce wrap, you can barely feel the foreign matter of these fine thorns. They also kindly guide you on how to wrap lettuce wraps. This is a method of eating that has been discovered by restaurant owners and regulars over a long period of time, so just follow it. You can eat it as is, mixing it with rice. ^^ I had a very, very delicious meal.
