::I really loved my stay here. 10/10 and definitely will stay here the next time as well. It was raining, and so we were little bit sad . But they upgraded our room, and knew english and was really kind, so that just made our day! Also breakfast was soo good! I think rooms are big for its price, and location.

::I stayed at this hotel for the first time and got a room with an ocean view on the 14th floor. The front desk even gave me a free face mask, which was a nice touch! Thanks a lot. The hotel is right in front of the beach, just a short walk from the subway station. I loved being able to see the ocean from my room. The Wi-Fi was great, and the bed covers looked brand new. I was a bit worried about noise since the hotel is in a busy area, but it was very quiet inside. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast had plenty of options, including bread, cereal, Korean dishes, porridge, cup noodles, coffee, fruits, and salad. The staff serving breakfast were super friendly, and I really enjoyed my meal. If I come to Busan again, I’ll definitely stay here. 🥰

::Whilst I was looking forward to staying at the Sunset Business Hotel, I unfortunately cannot recommend it based on my experience. I was excited for my trip to Busan but after coming down with a bug, I was unable to travel. Korean Rail were happy to refund my ticket, and Agoda were very helpful, but unfortunately the hotel refused to budge on any level of support. They consistently quoted their booking terms (cancellation before 3-days of arrival) which couldn't apply to me as I booked the day before I was due to arrive. I am aware of the importance of booking terms and the strain on small businesses but in times like sickness, you hope for a bit of humility over greed. I tried multiple attempts at finding a solution; changing the date to when I can travel again, a reduced cancellation fee confident that they'll find another guest, but they refused to help on all fronts. Instead they opted for frustrating terms like 'I'm sorry I couldn't assist you'. I'm not sure you are sorry, actually. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travellers in case my situation happens to you and I won't be visiting when I head back in a couple of weeks.

::The location of the hotel is really nice, on the main street and near the beach. The rooms are nice, but a little bit old, not all the places were clean and that wasn’t comfortable. There was a change in my flights and they didn’t accept to refund me for the extra nights…
