  I am utterly disappointed. I stayed 5 nights in this hotel and these are the pros and cons: Pros: Good location. Hotel staffs were reasonably friendly & helpful but there seemed to be a lack of manpower and they lacked proper training except one, Mr KH Lee. To be precise, most of them would just apologise when you present a problem to them, except Mr Lee who could offer solutions instead. The hotel was clean and the apparatus was working fine in the room Cons; NOISY! NOISY! NOISY! Even though l have asked for a quiet room on the high floor during my reservation 2 months ago, the rooms are facing the Myeongdong Night Market with almost 24h of activities. Be prepared to stay awake late into the night and be awaken very early in the morning because of the noise. We experienced not enough hot water for shower on the second night due to boiler problems ( hotel later offered a free breakfast as an apology). Rooms are small. No air conditioning in the month of Nov till early the following year, only heaters and opening the windows will only make the noise problem bigger. PS: Half way into my stay, Mr Lee offered a solution to my last problem which helped a lot. Mr Lee appeared to be better trained in hotel customer service. Thank you Mr KH Lee.

  Good Location, walking distance to Myeongdong street and metro station. Room is quite small, managed to place 1 luggage at the entrance and the other beside pantry area. Pantry area and wardrobe area are quite dark. Unable to access to wardrobe if someone seating beside the dressing table.

  Great location and close by the metro. There is only 1 elevator so if it get busy you might have to wait a bit to get to the rooms, but luckily there isn't to many floor so didn't experience having to wait for next elevator but once. The room is well sound isolated toward noise from the street, but noise from the hallway can travle easily

  Conveniently located near train station and Myeongdong restaurants and shopping. Hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Amenities provided were great. Huge plus was free laundry especially since we visited during the hot humid summer days. AC was perfect. Staff was also very kind and helpful.

  The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were good. The toilet keypads was not translated like the other hotels. The reception staff were very off-putting, in checking-in we wanted two rooms next to each other, which we understand is not possible for a last minute booking but we just wanted to ask, his answer could've been less aggressive. We received one of the two rooms that wasn't with a view, so he was accommodating in changing it. I tried to explain that we did open the window and it was stuck opened but he couldn't understand me. When checking out the older receptionist straight out lied to us that taxis don't come here, and we had 3 big bags. We did get a taxi to our destination! It has a good location in the middle of everything, except the reception staff, everything was great, even cleaning lady understood nothing we said but she managed to help us.
