  We were served by a Korean gentleman who can speak pretty good English and polite which surprised me. The room wise is okay normal expected to have some dust on the decoration. Overall is good. We enjoyed 2 nights stay here.

  Kind of pricey for a very basic room. It is next to the Busan Tower. Not far from food and shopping. the movie museum is near also.

  It was quiet good experience (clean room, bed, some amities, rob), exclude water which going thorough all bathroom from the shower, sounds in the morning and staff which not allowed to use toilet after checking out

  The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are spacious, but the maintenance is severely lacking. The room was extremely dirty with black stains on the walls, dust-covered furniture, and a tub full of hair. The worst part was finding blood stains on the inside of the reusable slippers. I've stayed in Korean hotels before, and while cleanliness isn't always perfect, this was by far the worst experience.

  I lost my personal belongings in this hotel. I communicated with the manager, front desk staff, and housekeeping staff for 2 hours and insisted that my belongings were not stolen. This is very bad and has a bad attitude. It was only after I notified the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the police that my belongings were found.
