  The Plaza Seoul was a surprise for me. The courteous staff with welcoming hospitality made me very impressed with the hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room with Comfy bed and a great view of the City Hall and beyond to the Gyeongbokgung Palace and President’s House. Spent 3 Nights. The fitness center was great. I took the AREX Airport Express train to Seoul and a quick transfer to Line 1 (Must have T-money card to swipe for the transfer) . One stop from the Seoul Station to City Hall and Exit 5/6/7. A lot of places within walking distance like Lotte Dept Store, Myeong-dong, Palaces etc. A convenient location for restaurants and shops in the back entrance. The Airport Limo bus couldn’t make it due to a political activity. A nice lady from the reception helped me to carry my big bag to the basement and direct me to the City hall metro station. It displayed respect to the elders and great customer care. I would stay again at the Plaza Seoul, when in South Korea.

  Our tasteful furnished room with two twin beds was clean, comfortable and had a big bathroom with a shower as well as a bath tub. I liked the two infinity mirrors on each side of the wall. Bathropes and Slippers were provided. The room had a beautiful city view. I recommend booking the rich and varied breakfast buffet as well. Courtous and helpful staff everywhere. Fantastic location close to the shopping district. You can walk there through an underground area with shops. The entrance to it is right in this beautiful hotel. Unfortunately I had no time to try the Restaurants inside the hotel, which looked tempting to me.

  Nice and fresh hotel located near City hall making it very convenient too. Stayed for 3 nights and overall a very comfortable stay. The staff is excellent with good English speaking skills and very polite and helpful. The hotel has a great gym and fitness centre, though, in a whole other building adjacent to the hotel. The rooms are decent though a little strangely arranged and decorated. The control panel near the bed can be a bit of a disturbance when sleeping due to the light on it. Breakfast is quite expensive too at around KRW 60,000. Overall, it is a great option when in Seoul.

  The Plaza Seoul was my favourite hospitality experience in Korea. From the wonderful welcome upon entering the hotel, to the amazing rooms that were extremely comfortable, to the fantastic location, I have no shortage of positive things to say about my stay at this hotel. The spa was a particular highlight for me, a quick walk across the street but with top notch sauna, steam, cold plunge, and hot tub facilities that we used every single day we were at the hotel. I want to give a special shout out to the excellent staff at the hotel who were extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout goes to Kasey Lee from customer service who helped us with a special dining request at 4am one night with extremely prompt and quality service from staff who were delighted to be of assistance. This was by far one of my favourite hotel stays of all time.

  Location is great. Service is great. Especially the concierge and the doormen. So helpful with suggestions, directions and taxi hailing. Airport to hotel is incredibly easy. Get the KAL or bus limousine. About an hour to the hotel. Hallways of the hotel are strangely dark and gloomy lit though. The room is great. Everything works. Many usb plugs at the bedside tables and desk to charge devices. They do not offer free toothbrush. Other amenities are available. Room service menu is ridiculously over priced. Loads of restaurants, cafe and convenience stores close by. Ask the friendly concierge!
