::Reasonably nice hotel with few included amenities, although a great free gym and pool. The rooms are mostly small and the service was decent, the view in my case was basically nothing. The location was very convenient and close to most of the major attractions.

::DO NOT STAY HERE. Hands down one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. Google lists this as a 5 star hotel and frankly I have stayed at Hampton Inns that are much superior in terms of quality and cleanliness. Save your money and go elsewhere. This hotel does not deserve 5 stars. If I'm being generous, it maybe deserves 3 at best. The room is extremely dated and all the furniture finishes seem like they are coming off. I'm not sure how often they clean the restroom as the caulking in the restroom has a distinct yellow tint to it and the soap bar area is visibly rusted. Also, the mirror appears to have a lot of build up from lord knows what. PLEASE KEEP AWAY. Save yourself the time and dirtiness. There is also this really cheap air freshener that looks like it was bought off of Temu? Either this is truly intentional showcasing the hotels 5 star standards by design OR this shows negligence that the rooms are never thoroughly cleaned. Either way, it's a shame and disappointment. On a more positive note, the staff are really kind and helpful.... but the hotel itself is abysmal and not up to par.

::Feels pretty old and rundown now. Room feels at least 20-30 years old. The drawers are dusty, carpet feels old and dirty. Internet js unstable, doesn’t work most of the time. It’s very slow and barely loads emails when it’s working. The amazing staff has set up a router in my room, but it stopped working after 1 day too, i just gave up. Staff is great and very responsive. There is no valet or daily pressing service. Selection in the minibar is limited. Definitely not a 5 star experience given all the other options at the same price range.

::Felt pretentious. Like we didn't belong. Rooms were very clean and nice. Gave 4 stars because some tiny Knicks around hotel room. Buffet was great. Could have had more korean dishes. But delicious.

::The accommodation was comfortable and spacious, with cleanliness being a high priority. The complimentary breakfast served was of a decent quality and variety. However, regrettably, there was no coffee or tea provided at the table as requested by a guest. This request was met with a firm instruction to assist him in reaching the coffee/tea station himself.. We also had the chance to utilize the hotel boardrooms for a meeting, and I would like to seize this opportunity to express my gratitude towards Ms. Kate Lee, who was in charge of organizing the meeting. She demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, politeness, and most importantly, she stayed beyond her appointed time, exceeding two hours, without any sign of displeasure, but rather passionately dedicated herself to her work, a rare occurrence. I would like to express my gratitude, on behalf of the group and myself, for her efforts. Warm regards Alan Woods
