::Definitely a party hostel, which was cool bc we were expecting that, but a very young crowd (probably 18-22 age range) with very young party tendencies like getting into fights in the wee hours and throwing up in the hallway at 4 am. Not super clean and you will have wet feet anytime you want to use the restroom. AC in our room didn’t work, but we also visited in the very hottest time in the year. The area is great though, right near the university and a lot of good restaurants. Sammy was really welcoming and great! If you want to use the kitchen you’ll have to share with many new friends and it’s very little (like one burner and a spoon) and not super equipt. Over all, fun if you’re young and good with dealing with perpetual small discomforts - wouldn’t be able to stay longer than 2 ish days. Weirdest part was when we were asked at midnight to switch beds because they had booked them wrong / put us in the wrong rooms. We said can we wait...since it’s midnight..hah and eventually they just let us stay but awkward what the heck?!

::Location is good, near the night life and easy access to / from airport. One of the dorms is a bit weird (so called "open") in that is not really an enclosed room but rather looks like a common area they put extra bunk beds in to fit more people. Bunk beds feel flimsy and shake while climbing to the top bed. Also, even the ones by the wall are not really flush against it so one has to be careful not to drop anything on the person below. Atmosphere is ok in the dorms, although you're supposed to keep quiet. The actual common area is downstairs and you have to go out to the street to get there. Maybe I've just been unlucky, but the couple of times I've been there it looks dead. Staff at the reception desk are all western as far as I have seen.

::If you want to party with a crowd that likes to party, and be in a party atmosphere, then this is the place. The beds are suitable, bathrooms not so great, but you can't expect too much from a party hostel. Things will get broken, toilets will get clogged, etc. I would recommend staying there for the weekend, then moving to a more peaceful place.

::Amazing hostel. Super friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Owner takes everyone to a Korean bbq every Friday night, must do! Standard rooms for a hostel, fairly clean and showers were ok. Great party hostel and awesome way to meet other people.

::No complaints, fairly basic hostel. Very quiet during the week in the winter time, maybe the weekend will be livelier. Free washing machines are a nice perk. Staff is friendly and good location for going out hongdae. Nearby metro station is on the direct line to the airport and well connected to other lines in the city
