::It usually operates in 2 minutes. (As I understand it.) One person is very kind, but the person in charge of the post office is very unfriendly. When you talk to them, they give short answers and make you feel like you are here to listen to harsh words rather than giving the impression that they are providing a service. I've delivered parcels a few times, but personally, I recommend going to the non-electric post office.
