  The person answering the phone at the counter is terribly unfriendly. I don't know if he is working or is angry at the customer. I asked him something and I understand that he has to come in person to find out, but why is he angry? It's ridiculous.

  I went to pick up a document and it came out in a bad mood. I understand that employees are stressed, but it's really annoying to express that to patients who have nothing to do with it. If you're going to do that while working in the service industry, quit it.
