  My mother and I were lying on the 5th floor and one shift of nurses behaved very disgustingly. The lazy one didn’t want to do anything again. They sat at the entrance to the department, talked loudly at night, and shouted at the patients. The nurses on this shift are plump with bob haircuts and the other is somewhere around 40 years old. . How many times have you been in hospitals for the first time when you encounter such a medical staff? There was a feeling that they were thinking about how to rip off more money from you, but the attitude was terrible.

  An elderly family member injured his hip and called 119 to visit. He was in Cheorwon, Gangwon-do, and he said he needed to be hospitalized. They said I had to come by 6 PM and hear the details from the doctor. Even though it was busy, I took a taxi and visited quickly, but the doctor was not there. He said he already left work. What is this?? It was so unfriendly that I told them I would transfer them to a hospital I knew, but the already unfriendly response got worse. I spent 100,000 won more and called an ambulance to move it. Worst response service, just an unpleasant experience.

  I don't know if the old man in charge of the information desk is still there, but the service is garbage. Unless you're really, really sick and have nowhere to go, it's better not to go. Not even one star is worth it. I had surgery here about 2 years ago and the bone didn't heal, so I had to have surgery again. At the information desk to file a claim for disability insurance before undergoing surgery elsewhere. I submitted a medical certificate for permanent disability, but I don't know if the person in charge knew about it or not, but they didn't check one of the essential items required to file an insurance claim for a medical disability, but they just pulled it out. Later, I submitted it to the insurance company and heard that the item was missing. I said it was for insurance claims, but does it make sense for them to print out things that are missing required items? Or at least give me an explanation or tell me to skip the test and get it done. It was 100,000 won per piece of paper. And later, when I inquired about a refund at the information desk, the person in charge said I would bring back the original paper. No, how do I get the original submitted to the insurance company back? Does it make sense in common sense? I said what? Proof that I submitted it to the insurance company? Please get an autograph. No, they didn't apologize for picking it up at the hospital by mistake in the first place, but they called and yelled at me.   As a foreigner my experience was not good , doctor I meet was arrogant kinda feel like disrespectful to patient
