  The bank itself is good, the staff are friendly and the bank is clean but there is always a line there! I think the shortest wait was like 20min!

  How did Woori Bank Yongmun Station branch get 5 stars? I don't understand... The employees' faces are lifeless. It felt like I was in a hidden government office that runs on its own without any tension, rather than a commercial bank... Confusing whether to speak informally or politely to customers There are even employees who lose their minds.
