  Standard waiting time is one hour. The staff are polite and friendly. Decreased work ability. Too long working hours. The point is that there isn't a single thing you want at other counters. A store manager who does not manage human resources or manage customers. There are two Cheonggyeongs, and the chubby one has great sense and is very kind. The other skinny guy is some kind of police officer. Very overbearing, formal and unfriendly. A place I really don't want to go to again

  It was so crowded when I visit. 23 people was waiting before me. The security guard asked each person what they need and assists very nicely. Tellers are kind, too. I waited like 20 minutes and it took only two minutes to exchange.They sure have to run more branches this area.

  worst. Waiting times are long and employees are juggling multiple tasks at once. The corporate loan staff looked at my personal IRP and was waiting for a simple consultation, but I literally had to wait for over an hour. As Taejeon grows, the number of employees needs to increase, but there is no will to do so. very thick
