::It's the worst. There was no one and there was no waiting, but I barely got anything done after waiting for over 30 minutes. It was a government loan, but I didn't know much about the details of the loan, the instructions were gibberish, and all I needed to do was submit additional documents. They asked me to bring my spouse with me, but my spouse wasn't even needed. You don't really know anything, you give strange guidance, and you don't even get things done... This is a place where I really don't understand why they selected so many people at the offline counter. I think it's right that most banks are now online, but the employees here aren't really good at their jobs.

::It's annoying to see employees speaking informally to the elderly. Friendliness and rudeness are two different things, but other employees who speak informally to elders and do not pay attention to it seem to have the same concept.
