  First of all, you were really kind and I was touched by your quick response. I live in Australia and receive overseas parcels from Wangsan Post Office. When I first received the parcel, I was once again surprised to see how neatly and carefully it was packaged. Of course, these are people who work hard enough to give even 5 or 10 stars.
